Second stay and everything was great! Ray at check in had top tier customer service skills. Room was great, just doesn't have coffee maker so I had to go downstairs to get my morning Java. Breakfast selection was really, really good. This is our go to Augusta place!
Comfy bed, room was clean and roomy. Pillows needed help, a/c wasn't cold. We tried both wall thermostat and unit thermostat. They have breakfast, pool fitness room, work station.
The hotel was nice. The only problem I had with the hotel is the bathroom. The bathroom layout was nice. The problem is that the housekeeping doesn't clean the rooms properly. The bathroom grout looks like it had mildew on it and someone cover it up with white culk. There was trash under the bed. Other than that every thing was nice.
The stay was great! I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and promptly checked in. The room was clean and there were ample amenities. Great experience!
I had a great stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Augusta I‑20. The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. They even allowed my room to be cleaned more frequently than the usual schedule, which I really appreciated. The pool was excellent and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a long day. Overall, the service and atmosphere made for a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again.
I want to specifically recognize Dominique and Walter at the Fairfield Marriott for outstanding service. My room was struggling to heat up, and they truly did everything they could to accommodate me and make sure I was comfortable. Both of them were kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue rather than brushing it off. Their professionalism and positive attitude made a frustrating situation completely manageable. They were amazing throughout the day, and their effort did not go unnoticed. This is exactly the level of service that keeps guests loyal. Thank you, Dominique and Walter!
I stayed at this hotel several years ago. I'm happy that the experience has not changed and this hotel will continue to be my go-to in the CSRA. The room was fine, but what set this hotel apart was the little things. The nice staff that greeted my kiddo and chatted with her, the breakfast that had non-pork sausage, the clean (and warm.. though that might have been the 100F+ days) pool. This is a great hotel close to shops and restaurants and not too far from downtown Augusta and North Augusta.
I attended the 2025 Gather Women's Conference and Fairfield Marriot provided the lodging. Check-in was seamless, the staff was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. More specifically, Micheal (front desk) was a breath of fresh air in an industry wherein excellent customer service is rare! I would 10/10 recommend lodging here and plan to do so whenever I'm in the Augusta/North Augusta area.
